What kind of an idiot would squander this INSIDER advantage and do NOTHING?

Look around any real estate office.
Most real estate agents are CLUELESS idiots when it comes to making BIG money in real estate.
When you walk into your office – you stop
Alert and aware, you notice
You see David playing Angry Birds
You see Molly rummaging for her keys in her huge pocket book
You hear Susan with the cell phone plastered to her ear talking to her daughter about feeding the cat
You see Arthur reading Golf magazine
David and Molly and Susan and Arthur are teaching you
They are teaching you how NOT to act
How NOT to spend your time
You want to be a Millionaire Real Estate Agent
David and Molly and Susan and Arthur will NEVER be Millionaire Real Estate Agents
Many real estate agents are dabbling part-timers who like to place dress up and make a few dollars for incidentals
For example, Susan hopes to make ,000 this YEAR to pay for her son’s tuition at St. Clement’s School
Dave hope to make ,000 so that he can spend two WINTER months swinging his clubs in Florida

You must IDENTIFY the agents who have done or who are doing what you want to do and do what they are doing
If you work for Coldwell Banker, there are many Millionaire Agents working for Coldwell Banker
If you work for Century 21 or Remax, there are many Millionaire Agents working for these companies
Seek out these people and study them –
Then, TA – DAH do you know WHAT?

If you want to be a Millionaire Agent should consider being an assistant to a Millionaire Agent for 6 months or a year –
YES, ABSOLUTLEY YES – sounds like a SOUND plan to me
they are the very best – the ELITE of the business
ELITE means that there are only a select FEW of them
BUT they exist
Real people making real BIG money – year in and year out
Talk to them
Meet them at industry associations and conferences
Suck up – praise them – study them
and do what they are doing
What are they doing?
How do they dress?
How do they talk to clients?
How do they follow-up?
How do they organize their days?
What do their websites look like?
What kind of car do they drive?
What do you want to know?
You want to know everything.
Find the industry leaders.
Find the Millionaire Agents.
Come On – yes – you know
do what they are doing.
These Real Millionaire Agents are your role models.
They are your teachers.
