Hey everybody, Josh Rogers Keller Williams Realty.
Real quick. The question is why do
so many real estate agents quit?
I’m going to do a lot more videos on this.
But the quick answer is you own your own business.
You fall into the category of being an entrepreneur.
You’re flying without a net.
It’s straight risk.
And the other part is is you don’t
have a boss telling you what to do.
You’re 100% accountable to yourself.
What you kill is what you eat.
A lot of times there’s a ramp up
period, real estate is tough.
There are so many moving parts.
A lot of times people don’t get the right training or mentorship
And before they know it, six
months have passed they’re broke .
And so they have to go back to getting a job.
So it’s a totally different world and environment.
Versus how we’ve all been programmed
is how to be an employee.
That’s what they teach us in
school and on and on and on.
You’re an entrepreneur, you’re a small business owner.
When they say most small businesses
don’t last within one year.
That applies to real estate agents.
It’s cold, sharky dark waters out there
and that’s what we’re swimming in.
So unless you get the right mentorship
and training and guidance.
Of how to get out there and create your own future.
And your own leads and your own business.
The deck is stacked against you.
